-Athens (IIC-Athens) is General Part- nership, formed by two Genera Patners, jointly-and-severally liable:

Daniela Christova – Lazar Propr., Alefkandra Sq., Mikonos Town, P.C. 846 00, Mikonos, Greece (Daniela Co), and

Prof. George Angelow, Pres. & CEO of IIC-Washington, entrusted by the Board to represent the entity and use the intangible assets in the business venture in Greece for mutuality of benefits. He was also assigned for Trust Manager of the Partnership. The Partners formed this business structure to combine features of a limited company with that of a partnership for use as a tax shelter, but does not create a legal entity separate and distinct from its owners whereupon when the business begins to show taxable profits, the Partnership will terminate or reorganize.

The purpose is to engage the Partners to create financial package and all permits for development of sea resort villages, first one called Mariner 1.

Expected advisory products include technical, financial and/or regulatory advice, project structuring as well as training to companies, industries, and governments. As a part of IIC-Group its Athens-office represents the interests of all members in its specidic and often unknown for other people region in complicates sytuation of crude economis and political chsnges.

IIC-Athens will only finance investment activities that are expected to meet the IIC-Group's requirements within a reasonable period of time.
