In 2012 IIC will finance building of the first sea resort village "Mariner 1" as a trial version of a series of similar projects of Mariner Program. The villalge will be located on the Mainland West Coast of Greece. The architectural plans of the US made log homes Meriterranian type are selected to meet with the with the tastes and preferences of the visitors and buyers.

The Program is supported by Ex-Im Bank of the United States and obtaining construction and other permits is facilitated by Invest in Greece State Agency.
