Operating Cost Estimate Rates (OCER) are the General and
Administrative Costs
(G&AC) according to the customary practice.
The OCER's value, which we request from our clients, follows from a
visual-basic program file of Microsoft Office Applications. It is financial model of the business venture, subject of
financing, and generates breakdown of the costs that usually associate with the first period of the investment banking service.
The clien is due to derosit so called admission fee.
