This is beginning of the new US federal program to create
new business and develop political relations in Africa.

This program has been proposed to be supported and developed by IIC in March, 2002. Delivery of foodstuff, medical goods and other things of very first needs for the people in D.R. Congo. IIC will provide privileged financial service to anybody who is interesting in participation in this program.

Les Cantines Populaires, Mr. Luhalwe Fatuma, President, is the first partner of IIC in commercial programs. This is a large-scale project for supply of foodstuffs and medicine in the Congo. The local currency received is involved in purchasing raw diamonds for export. A part of the return from this program is assigned to meet the social needs of Congolese non-government organizations.
