International Investment Council, London may propose to some ultimate investors a range of options increasing the total return or reducing the risk of their funds invested.
Cutting and Polishing Option
Cutting and Polishing of raw diamonds is one of the options that could be subject of discussions. Investor, who purcha-ses raw diamonds under our program, is entitled to inquire us for purchasing portfolio equity shares of the our small work-shop, where one of the best masters of the handcraft from Russia and Ukraine work.
Concessions
It is our long-term professional practice never to take part in equity share distribution by joint ventures with the port-folio companies we consult or finance. However, we exercise a convention with the Congolese authorities dealing with mining from diamond and gold fields. Some of the Inves-tors on the Program could be invited and granted to take part in dealing with the diamond-field concession as an additional option after expiration of the redemption period of their investments. A joint-venture business agreement in this case would be required.
